What You Can Expect

I provide therapy and life coaching through a combination of mindfulness-based, brain-body healing and cognitive behavioral therapies based on your needs.

Your session is held in a private, wooded area in Downingtown PA or via telehealth .

Appointments available Monday through Friday.

HSA and other pre-tax dollar spending accounts accepted. Credit cards accepted. Insurance forms provided for you to submit to your insurance.
